پرسشهایی که صاحبان رستورانت اغلب میپرسند
Everything you need to understand the service, setup and day-to-day experience.
We can create your public website, visual QR menu, guest ordering experience and practical tools for your waiters, one Orders screen shared by the kitchen and cashier, and a manager portal. The exact setup is chosen around your restaurant.
No. AfghanDine is a managed service. You provide the restaurant information, menu, prices and available photography; we organise, design and configure the experience for you.
Yes. A restaurant can start with a website and visual menu, then add ordering or operational tools when the team is ready.
Each restaurant has different content, branding and operational requirements. We first understand what you need, then provide a clear proposal for that scope.
It depends on the size of your menu and the tools you need, and we always quote in afghani. There is no dollar subscription. Tell us about your restaurant and you will have a clear price after one conversation. For the fuller picture, read how to choose a restaurant management system in Afghanistan.

Yes. Guests can enter or confirm their table number, add dishes and send the order directly to the restaurant team.
Yes. English, Dari and Pashto can be configured individually or together according to the restaurant, city and audience. Languages are part of every AfghanDine plan from the first day—a bilingual menu is never a paid upgrade.
The current experience is designed around cash-first service. Online payment can be considered later when a restaurant has a suitable payment option.
Yes. Waiters can create table orders, and guest and waiter orders arrive on the same Orders screen.
Reports are separated from normal staff access and intended for authorised managers.
The current reporting approach is designed around up to 90 days of operational data, with exports available when longer records are required.
AfghanDine remains available for guidance and agreed updates. Restaurants are not left alone with an unfamiliar system.
